Good company for Entry level But you may not able to continue for a long time like 4,5 years

Good chance for learning different technologies. No heavy work pressure No strict timings

Cons

Hikes are less. No proper work recognition. Salaries are good for those who comes from outside,they wont give good hike to the people who is with company for a long time.

for freshers it will be good, you will easily get a chance to work directly on production systems, inline communication with client, being a fresher also you will get a chance to work at all levels.

Cons

once you work here for 2 years, you will find nothing to learn here.. and damn thing is if you have joined here as a fresher, they wont let you go out of company without serving 90 days, where no company will give u a opportunity to join after 90days . you just need to loss all opportunities if you want to leave.they just try to keep u there as much as they can. most important, you will find no hikes for 2 or 3 years, even if you find only 3% or something ..

Exposure to customer, as the hierarchy is very thin, you get a chance to get directly involved with the nitty gritties of customer interaction.

Cons

Very limited customer based, job insecurity is very high, lot of favoritism, politics and infighting can be found which will hamper the chance of growing within the organisation. Limited oppurchunity for growth.
