      Pros

      Colleagues are supportive. The salary is not bad, many allowances included.

      Cons

      The management is horrendous, the leader is full of himself, has little patience, shouting almost the time. The workload is crazy, and the bonus is not worth working hard for.

      A lot of opportunity to learn. Even though you are in supply chain, but you can also participate with a lot of Sales and Accounting cases. It helps you to grow into the next level and seeing things from a bigger picture.

      Cons

      Lots and lots of workload. As a manager, it's not a pure planning and monitoring job, You also needs to do things like your team members (Data entry stuff...) If you are lucky to have supportive members, your workload will not be as many...
