Pros

Consistent Work Schedule, Yet another company taking advantage of people of color moving to Canada, making them do the work literally no one wants to do.. You could quite honestly say its a sweatshop.

Cons

Consistent Work Schedule, They will work you to the bone.. you are a human being expected to keep up feeding material 28 different injection molding machines for hours in a hot non airconditioned environment. with hundreds of machines all producing heat. Bad Supervisors - Yell and Scream at you if anything goes wrong with the material ie. It runs out, Machine material needs to be swapped and tested for next run. They will literally find any reason to belittle you. General Manager that doesn't interact or care about floor production workers. Health and Safety Rep that is corrupt. The Old boys club management, Primarily Caucasian management overworking immigrant employees which has no hopes of changing anytime soon. They have an order that's laminated at the front for the Machine Operators which states basically you are entitled to one paid 15 minute break and one unpaid 15 minute break. FYI : They want you to start 15 minutes early to make up for that paid break.
