Pros
For the most part, upper management does the best they can to show their appreciation for their employees. Everyone for the most part tries to be supportive of each other but of course, you have to show the respect and positive attitude that you hope to receive back.
Cons
There have been times where the branches became short staffed and no actions were taken to solve the issue because the board of directors believed the numbers did not support the need to hire more employees to properly staff each location
