Pros

No dress code in the office. Can wear jeans to work. Colleagues are friendly.

Cons

Some unprofessional and illegal practices such as job engorgement, micromanagement & withholding salaries in order to force foreign workers to “surrender their passports”. Compulsory 44 hours for 5 day work week staff. Fewer than 14 days of annual leave for executives.

Pros

Colleagues are really nice & genuine, not much politics

Cons

Basic salary is low, employee benefits are minimal, career growth is limited, high turn over rate, few senior engineers/managers to support the processes, required to do duties outside of your job scope due to lack of manpower, high workload, location is inaccessible
