Alongside many other companies navigating the turbulent macro environment of recent times, we too unfortunately had to go through a very tough period of downsizing. Please know we thought long and hard about the best way to deliver such news, and we decided to talk as a full business about the changes, before every person had an immediate 1:1 meeting with their manager to discuss any implications and what this would mean for them.
