Fun people to work with, boss is nice, commissions are nice only if you can get a deal to close.
Cons
work below minimum wage, commission is 25% of whatever u got funded. you can absolutely make more money at burger king for the same amount of hours.

Watching hot girls pretend to be "underwriters" in the funding office and easy access to every drug you can imagine.
Cons
Management berates employees, constantly sexually harasses their female employees and the team might as well be a prison chain gang.
