      Pros

      By far one of the best places to work and am still sad that I'm no longer there. A company that ACTUALLY treats its employees like a family. The CEO goes above and beyond for his team.

      Cons

      No downsides other than it not growing more! I would have retired at MerchantWords if it had been an option.
