      Pros

      The CEO is great and the benefits are amazing. There are a lot of great people outside of it.

      Cons

      IT leadership is lacking if even there. They don’t understand the basics of people management or treating people like they are humans. In under a year I saw over 40 people quit from the IT group and continue to watch as they cycle out. The Chicago people that they hire come in just for a paycheck and nothing more.

      Great Technology. Money is good.

      Cons

      IT Leadership is demeaning and micromanages its employees. They overpay to attract talent. Astronomically high turnover in IT. No work/life balance.

      Cons

      When i accepted this job i was told about all these things i would have. Full time salary, benefits, When it came down to it management encourages lying to get anyone in the door. They don't feel like you will leave once you are there like so many have. Turn over has been nearly 75% waiting out the bonus now and then i am gone.
