      Pros

      People are lovely and a great family atmosphere. They look after you well. The little extras like free snacks and fruit are great and something I've not had before. Love the job itself.

      Cons

      Holiday allowance is not great.

      Thank you, and glad you enjoy all the free healthy snacks! After employee consultation we recently improved our annual leave entitlement again, recognising and rewarding the commitment that our long standing team members show to the business with a graduated long service leave policy, giving extra holiday after just 1 years service , increasing in annual increments up to a maximum of 30 days per year plus public holidays.
