Pros

The tips were decent, the baristas were great to work with, and many of the regular customers were friendly and enjoyable to serve if you liked interacting with people.

Cons

The biggest issue was the management. Leadership focused on micromanaging minor details instead of addressing the problems that actually affected the workplace.

There were very few noticeable benefits during my time here.

Cons

The workplace was often loud and overcrowded, which made it difficult to stay focused and maintain a positive experience. Scheduling was inconsistent and not always respected, creating challenges for work-life balance.
