Management has an open-door policy, and I’ve always felt comfortable bringing up concerns. Pay is great. If you have ever worked in retail or other places that offer $0.25 raises, that is not how things operate here. The entry level wages are great and raises come quickly through hard work. There is a huge culture of mentoring here. There is room for growth. I have felt like I had room to grow and progress here. There is a mentoring culture of wanting people to learn and grow to the next level. The benefits package is good. I really like the HSA with my family. When we had twins in the NICU, the insurance was great. They paid for everything after the deductible. The bill would have been over $200,000 without it. The management team cares and really tries to make this a great place to work. I love my coworkers and it makes coming into work easy every day. This is a place where you can have a career, not just a job.
