      None that I can think of-this is by far the worst decision I have made in my life.

      Cons

      No growth, lots of partiality, managers dont know anything about leading teams and lots of sexual harassment but HR doesnt care. Company would do better giving the employees better facilities-the office is pathetic. Few favourites of the VPs are given fancy titles like senior manager, when they only waste company time by surfing websites and learning cooking. Everyone is trying to find another job here, but I guess we have become so waste that no company wants us anymore.

      - Good work environment where creativity is encouraged - Sharp team members - Lots of employees from premium colleges which brings out the best in everyone - Get to work on latest technologies - Flexible timings - Encouraging leads and manager - Fun working environment - Opinions of even junior team members matter and questions are encouraged - Work life balance

      - Need more facilities - Regular training facilities
