Pros

Pay was high for most roles

Cons

Pay not always on time because of constant funding crisis. Vendors and contractors not paid timely. Tech side does things that make no sense with limited runway and as another noted- the process talk is years long with no improvement. C Suite knows it and ignores it. Operations, Customer Service, Sales side have zero process as well. You’re not a brand new start up; you shouldn’t have to make. Ew processes and procedures for every contract won. Very cultish; if you were an employee before Covid you are a part of the trusted.
