      Toxic environment No real guidance Click-ish / Favoritism Complaints do not go anywhere high turnover

      They want you to succeed and will provide the necessary tools to ensure you do. Also provide great learning and growth opportunities.

      Cons

      Horrible salary, no yearly reviews, have to beg for a raise and still may not receive one.

      Pros

      The partners were great, Tammi was a great advocate for staff. They listened to our ideas, and held meetings. Leh and Bob were positive and encouraged positivity amongst the entire firm.

      Cons

      There were more than a few employees who caused major issues and drama within the firm that were seen yet never reprimanded. There is no room for growth at one of the offices- Midtown due to the negative attorneys/staff. They did not give raises when they promised to give them.
