Promises made during the hiring process were not kept. Extremely unprofessional environment. Owner openly yells at and berates the managers, who then do the same to their people. At the time I was there, they had an employee that management knew, would alter other employees paperwork to reflect mistakes and no action was taken. No retirement plan and sick and vacation time is not paid out when you leave.

Sr. Management is out of touch with current trends and technology. High employee turnover. Tendency to micromanage. Undervaluing the importance of certain department contributions.
