-poor communication -lack of privacy -lack of confidentiality (seen Managment, team lead, and staff break it) -lack of professional (staff are not educated) -zero mutual respect Managment sees things and pretend to not notice -team lead is useless and unprofessional (always on phone or eating in the kitchen, zero communication or empathy towards clients -certain staff are bullies towards other staff -gossiping -no “team” work but continuous use of word at the program -lots of things being seen unnoticed and fallen on deaf ears -zero support

- Favoritism (whites get promoted or keep your job no matter how incompetent); - Management is a joke (like the mafia, smaller groups take over others through deceitful means); - Most employees are bitter (we see that nonsense are not amused); - Some evil employees will use aggressive clients to get them to attack you among other evil deeds; - Management have taken on the mastery of double speak with their policies; - The union is an extension of the organization, and equally unproductive; - The rumor mill is alive and kicking; - If aggressive clients injure the employee, the employee is ALWAYS wrong...even when the employee did everything right
