      Pros

      I've worked with Metacube for over 11 years - starting off as a Technical Lead and my current role is Vice President.

      There're a number of things that stand out for Metacube as an organisation

      - Overall company culture is vibrant and fun. I've seen it evolve each year since 2007 and I'm confident that it will continue to provide the same positive vibes in the years to come as well
      - High Quality Projects - The overall quality of projects/ clients stands out. The company is a strong force in the Salesforce ecosystem and has tapped into emerging technologies such as ML, AI, Analytics etc. I can't think of many other companies in Jaipur which would match in terms of quality work.
      - Learning - Although this can vary a bit based on the project, the overall emphasis on learning is uniform through out the organisation

      Cons

      - None really, each organisation has it's strengths and weaknesses. As long as one comes in with a positive mindset with the right expectations, it's a great place to build your career.

      Advice to Management

      Since the company has been around for a long time, the infrastructure is a bit dated. Thankfully, this is already well understood by the management and is being worked upon with new state of the art facilities.

      Pros

      Work-life balance, no stress. Good company at either at the start of the career or if you are a manager.

      Cons

      The company makes you lazy, it does not invest in employee growth, The managers are those who came in from other companies, There is no growth staying in the company. But if your family is in Jaipur and want to settle there, it is a good company.

      Advice to Management

      Invest in employee growth.

      1. Best staff, all staff members are very co-operative here.
      2. Timing related issue is not here, they only give priority to work, time is never an issue, you may come early/late (basically depends on your project as well).
      3. Work culture is good.
