The people I worked with every day are dedicated and co-operative in every way.
Cons
Upper management provided NO direction and changed things almost every day. The sense of the place was turmoil all the time. People regularly work 60+ hours a week just to try to keep up. Nine people quit in the 6 months I was there.
Very hard working employees in the field.
Pay was ok compared to some in the utility industry
Cons
Upper management was horribly disconnected from the employees in the field
Lots of corrupt middle management throughout the company
Benefits nonexistent
Vehicles and equipment was nothing short of junk
Very dishonest to employees and with dealings with utility providers
