Nothing really counts as a pro. The founder is playing with the lives of employees with zero empathy.
Cons
1) The company does not follow proper procedures. When a new employee joins, a proper letter of employment is not even provided. 2) This company has had mysterious firings without notice and severance pay. 3) There is zero job security. Quiet firings and layoffs are quite common in this company. 4) The Human Resources team in this company is the living embodiment of unprofessionalism. 5) The founder has zero idea of business strategy and product development.
