      Pros

      Good people to work with, and generally a positive attitude throughout the place. Everyone knows their job fairly well. Except the maintenance dept sucks, and is very slow to fix problems. Its enough to pay the bills, but they need to pay what people are worth so they stay. Average of 1-2 resignations a week.

      Cons

      Pay is less than many other places in the area. Health insurance is garbage.

      Pay is good. Supervisor at least listen to you

      Cons

      No new higher instruction book. All knowledge is tribal, and everyone has a different way of doing the same job. The environment is like a highschool lunchroom. Everyone gossips like old ladies. Everyone rats on everyone else

      Everyone is nice, there isn't any cliqueyeness and everyone is willing to help you out. Pay is pretty good.

      Cons

      A LOT of the business is ran on tribal knowledge, there is alot of guess work that goes into figuring some stuff out. And alot of you should have done this. But there is nothing telling you to do it.

      Company is stagnant when looking at process improvement. Department is a mess and hard to understand what you need to do.
