Apparently they are making money. Colleagues were good professionals, kind and helpful. They have gone through a successful technology transformation lately.

Cons

Terrible management, including all sorts: human, salary negotiation and career development. They might have changed technology but mindset is stuck in the old manual way of dealing with releases. You know, if two wrongs made a right this would be a different story.

Market Leaders: Strong USP on the product and the database of carriers integrated with real well-known clients / brands Brilliant location near Kings Cross Opportunity to work on all the latest technologies with the latest methodologies implemented and an opportunity to learn from some real talented and experienced colleagues Amazing CEO: Patrick is a visionary who is down-to-earth, humble and open for communication at all times and always with a keen ear / interest for employees and most importantly, extremely approachable and treats everyone like family, the "MetaPack Family" A culture that is adaptable to constant positive change and that celebrates success and discusses / faces failures to in-turn learn from them Wonderful Team nights, social culture Great work life balance

MetaPack's work culture is best suited for people who are proactive, self-reliant, forward-thinking, adaptable and have an entrepreneur-like spirit and hence not suited for those who like to be spoon-fed, wait for things to happen, likes to play the blame game or resistant to change for the better.
