Pros
- "Flexible" work schedule. It's okay if you come into the office late and some employees even have the option to work from home twice a week.
Cons
- The salary here is much lower than the industry standard, method will try and state that because they are "different" and "compensate in other ways" that it's okay that you are not being paid the industry standard. - Expect to do work beyond your written contractual duties. Method will try and frame it "as an opportunity for growth" but they really just dont want to fire qualified people to do these jobs because it costs too much money. - They only offer a simple IRA. Other companies offer 401K which is a much better investment in your future. -The time lines are ridiculous. - They invest a lot into the wrong people with inner company leadership programs that just include the same 5-6 people and are inaccessible to everyone else. It is very hard to grow here if you are not "in" with them. - You can expect to work late
