      Coworkers (some untrustworthy). Generally a decent work environment compared to others (though threatening at times depending on how insecure the manager)

      Cons

      Managements Abuse of Power using position for personal gain. Executive management is out of touch with with their senior managers and especially the corruption of their HR department.

      Reasonable subspecialty support. Nice looking facilities.

      Cons

      Horribly toxic atmosphere for physicians due to the administration. Engages in sham peer review on a routine basis. More concerned about discharge times and patient turnover than the quality of patient care. Blocks legitimate transfers to other facilities.
