Everyone here plays political games, Selfish and always think about their career and their hikes, least bother about their team members. Minority driven process. All perks, awards, promotions, WFH and everything to their beloved minority people only. Managers show religion and region feeling and based on that they will give promotions. They will give awards and promotions with in a year or less to their beloved ones. Managers forms gangs. Mangers are not punctual and they dont follow office timings. Managers ask employees to leave the organisation and retrieve their beloved ones.
