Supportive culture with flexibility but heavy workload challenges at times
Pros
Great flexibility - if you need to work from home for emergencies or any understandable reason, they let you do this. You're treated like a person and not a robot like many companies I've worked for previously do. They do meetings every few months where they respond to feedback provided by employees and they do genuinely listen to the feedback and look at changing / implementing the feedback if possible. Colleagues are great to work with and are very helpful should you have any questions. Good progression - I originally started out on the call centre and within 2 years, moved up to the finance team with a nice increase in salary
Cons
It can be very challenging/stressful at times due to the heavy, constant workload but it does help you to prioritise what is more important and how to better manage the workload so I doesn't burn you out - you have to be quick to adapt to change
