      HR - employees avoid answering questions and emails and really don't seem to care about employees in general, dirty job

      Pros

      Metro has a good onboarding system and there are plenty of opportunities for you to get certified in a plethora of different things. The benefits are great and it is an overall good place to work.

      Cons

      The pay is not super competitive and raises can be less than ideal. HR here is not great.
