Pros

They are consistent and flexible to work with. Phil and Monik have always been very helpful and negotiable with my changing schedule and attentive to my needs as a worker.

Cons

At times it can seem a bit monotonous and a change may be desirable. Sometimes there is chores involved and the job may seem more like housekeeping than a Healthcare worker.
