      a lot of over time at times

      pay starting off is 12.00 for most position no matter what type of weather hail, snow, rain, hot ,storms hurricanes, tornado earthquakes you will still come in they care more about shipping products and money than their workers monday thru saturday even sundays at time typical hours 5am-5,6,7,8,9,pm whenever shipping is done for that day unorganized and clueless of whats going on in the field will work you like a slave they dont believe in giving raises just more work started at 12 when i asked for a raise they wanted to give me 75cent more after 2 years to summarized Never work for this company

      Our starting pay is based on the skill level of the position filled and, no, we do not work in tornados, hurricanes, or earthquakes! We work hard and there are times when we have to work some long hours. However, saying people work like slaves is way out of line. Our corporate values are Respect, Integrity, Faith and Family. Each and everyone one of our associates is expected to treat others according to those values while they are at work.

      My team that I work with daily is great and we all work together to get the job done! Overall I enjoy my daily job activities

      Cons

      Upper management and corporate will lie and tell you a raise is coming to keep you to stay however you actually never get the raise. I have been waiting for 6 months now to get my raise that was promised to me in March of 2022. So unprofessional and seems like they don’t care about their hard working employees.
