Office is located in a wonderful location. That’s it!!!!!

Cons

Toxic management/C Suite, they claim to “care” about employees. They do not!! Employees are constantly on edge about who’s going to be fired next for no reason. HR person isn’t even qualified to do HR. They only implemented “appreciation” tactics after realizing that they have a bad rep. No one cares about your mental health here. You’re basically set up for failure and then fired and replaced in the same week. The turnover here is crazy!!

WFH and absent managers make up for the randomness of C-suite.

Cons

C-suite is clueless. Bullies are everywhere. It's a dying industry. Not a lot of smarts in any room.
