Pros

Free Opera tickets, nice area of NYC to work.

Cons

The pay is disgustingly low for staff. They should be ashamed. The Unions and staff are pitted against each other. Upper management is abusive. People in charge of finances don’t seem to understand math. Toxic atmosphere.
