Pros
Decent co-workers, plenty of overtime available. Benefits (albeit poor) are available.
Cons
Extremely hot environment with little concern for proper ventilation. Shift supervisors are not properly trained in interpersonal relations. Nepotism reigns here. Terrible pay commensurate with work load and requirements. Machinery is poorly maintained, and job roles are fuzzy at the low end requiring you to perform many tasks not related to your immediate position. Product is suspect due to problems with proper extrusion cooling. Lots of returned products due to structural inconsistencies.
