Fun- horrible management

Pros

Fun, high energy, challenging, sports world is a blast, make new friends

Cons

Specifically for the Tacoma Rainiers: During season, expect to work 7 days a week until at least 7-8pm. Additionally, upper management here is disorganized and also somewhat corrupt. The office environment is chaotic and people treat coworkers very poorly. Expect misogyny and no respect. Interns- expect to work an extreme amount for zero money or perks. Overall, I would avoid at all costs!

Pros

Front office staff is usually a young and fun environment. There is a real sense of team goals, and most people will be willing to help in any way to get the job done.

Cons

Long hours in the summer time. Sometimes there seems to be a lack of awareness of a work life balance between upper management and those lower down.
