Infrastructure is unsolid, internal processes are not identified and consistently change, don't support open communication, innovative ideas for the development of standards operating procedures, lack of vision, the true mission is not upheld or supported by all, subsidiaries work in silos, micromanagement is drowning and a huge lack of trust from upper management to lower positions.
