Micro-Methods works hard to help balance career life with family life. Being a small business, the management has adapted an open-door policy which allows technicians and management work very closely with one another. They provide a very comfortable working atmosphere.
Cons
There are not as many opportunities for growth within this company as there are with larger corporations.
