Salary increment process is not good Job satisfaction is not ok

This place is unorganized, and it had been for all of the years that I have been working there for. They don’t know how to deal with growing pains. They dump and bounce around tasks from department to department because they do not know how to assign and implement. They are disrespectful, unprofessional, selfish, and un- appreciative to the employees who put in the most time and care into their work. Higher managers are immature and do not know how to make smart decisions. Employees complain and cry more then they work.
