Work is not that good

I feel like some leaders are really stuck on their own way of doing things, thinking it's the only right way. Unfortunately, they often lack deep industry knowledge, experience, or the necessary know-how to drive real innovation. The effects of years of mismanagement are becoming more and more visible now. Everyone seems to have their own agenda, which often leads to getting in each other’s way.
