Executive management team is single-minded and rarely approachable. Executive team seems to have own agenda, and when approached with new viable ideas, action is rarely taken. Revenue from largest customers are rapidly declining as clients find new and innovative ways to train their employees; including eLearning, building their own virtual training labs, and getting better pricing with comparable training facility vendors. The Virtual Training Room offering is pretty basic, and no different than any other industry web conferencing/collaboration platform. You can build a niche here, just know this company seems to be very comfortable being where they are, with no real solid indication of organic growth or forward-looking vision in mind. Growth internally is minimal and very limited. CEO seems to be on auto-pilot for the most part.
