Pros

Great learning opportunity for freshers - You get exposure to real industrial automation projects like DCS. Supportive colleagues and team environment – Team members are generally helpful and cooperative. Good platform to build confidence and skills at the start of a career. Engineers from MAPL develop skills that are valued in the market.

Cons

Workload is high during project deadlines. Work life balance is challenging most of the time. They offered limited training programs.

Pros

• Good exposure to DCS systems, site activities, and real industrial projects • Supportive team members and collaborative work environment • Opportunities to learn practical troubleshooting and customer handling • Hands-on experience that contributes to technical growth

Cons

• Late working hours were common during project deadlines and site activities. However, the company provided safety arrangements for female employees and food during extended working hours. Overtime was not forced; employees had the choice to work extra hours.
