Good benefits for healthcare, vacation accrual, sick leave.

Cons

Recently changed commission structure. Commission rate is 0.50% of sales price. 50% after design studio and 50% after closing. First payout is one month AFTER design studio ratification date, potentially 1-2 months after contract is written. Second payout is one month AFTER closing occurs.

Nice building, but other than that, a terrible place to work.

Cons

If you weren't born into the family move on! False promises, long hours, terrible atmosphere, and an overall nightmare of a place to work. They will fill your head up with how great the environment is, promise you great pay and then your SOL. Toxic enviornment, terrible leadership and be prepared to work 55 plus hours on a slow week.
