      Pros

      Weekends off as well as a cafeteria onsite.

      Cons

      Its current climate is one of bullying, micromanaging, and lying to staff. In addition, HR is not trusted to support its employees, only believing what 'managers' say. Many of the lies she has told can be proven, but employees were told they have no recourse so no investigation was done.

      Pros

      Most people are fun and friendly to interact with on a daily basis, and benefits are still marginally better than most places in the area. Pay is competitive.

      Cons

      Management is floundering and does not take responsibility or accountability for anything. They are quite content on pushing the work onto the masses despite implementing a culture of accountability. Benefits are being cut to a point where their is no longer incentive to work in the technical college system. Never enough hours in the day to accomplish work.
