There is so much to learn in this office. And the way they do recognition meetings every month is a good idea to motivate the employees. And specifically Nitin Sir is a good teacher, I'd say. He sometimes rushes us with the deadlines and is irritating at times, but the way he speaks and gives opportunities is so kind.
Cons
The work culture and employees—they are more interested in and invested their time in gossiping about others rather than working. It's a complete mess. So many people are narrow-minded; they judge every time with your personal life, and the managers are the first ones to judge and gossip.Even their own teams don't respect them.
