Pros
Flexible working hours that fit around university studies. Opportunities to meet students from different cultures, develop communication and event management skills, and represent the university at open days and recruitment events. Supportive colleagues and a positive working environment. Flexible scheduling allowed me to choose shifts that suited my academic commitments.
Cons
As work is offered on a shift basis, the number of available shifts can vary throughout the year and is not always consistent. Communication regarding shift allocation could sometimes be improved, and opportunities were not always distributed equally among ambassadors.
