      Looks good on the surface. But stay away

      Pros

      I found none. I was hoping things were just in a bad time, but I left a job with higher pay so that I could work remote with midigator. They laid me off one week after I moved, citing a lack of revenue. Meaning that they gambled with my career and life. Thank you.

      Cons

      No sense of support. Very toxic environment. Looks good on the surface, but stay far away. Worse job choice I've ever made.

      Challenging, Exciting, and Fun

      Pros

      Midigator is in such a fun stage right now. Still small enough to be able to make a huge difference in your individual role, but big enough to be a stable startup. The people. Corey (CEO) and Mark (President) have built a great team that I am honored to be a part of. We have great industry experience and everyone is really passionate about what we are doing. You get treated like an adult. Leadership cares more about the results of your work than they do about where or when you get your work done. Remote friendly. Although it comes with some challenges, being part of a remote company has its definite advantages (i.e. working in your pj's).

      Cons

      As with any company, we're working our way out of some mistakes that were made early on with the tech. We have the right team in place now and are pressing forward.

      Pros

      Not sure who wrote the other two reviews, but this company is awesome! The owners are the nicest guys you'll meet, and the culture and work-life balance makes things great.

      Cons

      Offered benefits are a bit overpriced, and base pay for certain positions could be a bit higher.
