A job that pays well below market rate You cherish every moment not spent there.

President or senior staff that will roll in for an hour two times a week or anytime food was provided in their $100,000 car to fuss at staff making 15$ an hour. Always a do more work for the same pay mentality. Be prepared to do twice what the starting workload is by year 2. Very Clear that the company management reviles everyone that works below them. Unsanitary offices that regularly had infestations that went ignored. Embarrassing for a cleaning supply company. Offices that look like they were fashioned from spare mobile home parts.
