Senior Management are former military and non technical. Hence, company organization follows a top down, rigid, Theory X model. No formal work-from-home policy. No defined severance policy. Small Japanese style cubicles provide a cramped and trapped feeling. Poor company ethics (Reference Kobe Steel Data Fraud scandal). No formal bonus program (not percentage based). Don't expect much. No signing bonus for engineers. Stagnant company growth translates to poor career advancement opportunities. Expect travel to 3rd world countries for extended time. Travel time pay not allowed.
