      No Pros. Nothing. They talk nicely until you deliver your training at their client location.

      Cons

      Once you completed your training, your bad day will start. Actually there are only two people out there in this company. First they will bug you to deliver your training, later you have to beg for your money!!! If you are heart patient, please dont give any trainings from this company. For sure you will get heart attack by keep calling them for your money. They haven't paid my salary after struggling for 4 months followup. They are well educated corporate cheaters. One more thing, earlier i saw many negative comments in this site about them. Now they are not there. Probably they might have deleted them.

      Pros

      Mildain is a good training company. With more than 200 successful clients as well as 500 plus corporate trainer on board.

      Cons

      There are many people who don't perform and still expect there payment .out of 50 trainings which we do in month 2 don't place on as expected by client them trainer get the payment as agreed per the contract .I request trainer to perform as per the expectations rather than defaming the name of mildian .there are 100 good trainer then there are 2 bad trainer as well .
