      Pros

      Work life balance and flex time really let you work when it fits best in your schedule. Honestly great experience for a government contractor.

      Cons

      Culture isn't what it used to be. Strict use of overhead adding a lot of friction with knowledge sharing as an SWE.

      Pros

      Flexibile work schedule, remote-friendly, caring managers, learning & development opportunities, competitive pay & benefits, meaningful work.

      Cons

      Lack of overhead hours, employees are a little stretched. We want to be more involved in employee resource groups, communities of practice, mentoring, and other things that would ultimately help the organization. But we have to spend nearly all of our time working on billable hours.
