I have to think about it but I am sure I will not able to find any. I believe this was one of the bad company that I just want to forget about. I wish I had never joined this company.

Cons

Top level management is self-proclaimed encyclopedia and knows everything. They can comment on your weight, food habits, Fitness, Culture, Traditions, Values and the list just goes on and on. Management has nothing to do with professionalism. They are again self-proclaimed "SAINT" in the recruiting industry though they don't have any moral value.

In my 10+ years of working in IT and Top engineering companies, found Millennium a company pushing for better growth in career and personal. Best about the company is - 1. Its very transparent 2. Employee focused 3. Training for Recruitment, IT Skills and Physical/Mental Health 4. No Hierarchy and can reach to any level of management for help without fear 5. Best practices in staffing business 6. Respect for each employee

For those, who can't handle the pushing the limits - Pushing for growth as some individual take it as pressure and don't like the change even if it is positive
