Pros

You get a paycheck. Time to look for another job. Health & dental insurance.

Cons

Not even sure where to start on this one. One of two things will happen. 1. You will luckily pass this opportunity up. 2. You will accept the offer and look back on it as a terrible life decision. Honestly surprised that they are still around since they don't believe in technology.

Pros

It used to be a good place to work.

Cons

It is becoming a logistics company and no longer a heavy haul company.

Pros

If you absolutely have no other option, then this would be the place to endure until another opportunity comes along. If you love the 1980s you will fit right in here. For example there is no click to call software instead you must manually dial. Plus a homegrown CRM backed by the leadership's ideology that a data driven approach takes all of the fun out of it.

Cons

Lack of integrity. Make sure to ask if you will be a broker. Because they do not know how to sell a high priced asset based service & resort to brokering. They advertise that they have terminals all of the country with trucks. And that is false. They are a regionally asset based company. But hire people without telling them that they will be a broker after signing a non-compete.
